Located on a dead-end section of South Ocean Blvd there is very little traffic, no retail, and less crowds. Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd which offers both indoor and outdoor pools and less than a 1 minute walk from back door to the beach.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
